You need

Access to Forms and authorization to read the personal information submitted to the selected site.

Steps

Confirm the site and environment

Enquiries submitted to Live should be checked in the appropriate Live account or link supplied by your agency. Development may contain different records.

Open Forms

Open CMS → Forms and locate the correct form.

Open the submissions

Use the form's Submissions action, or open the form and select the Submissions tab.

Review the enquiry records

Review Total submissions, the submitted field values, and Submitted At. Scroll horizontally if the table is wider than the screen.

Check loading or empty states

If loading fails, select Try again. If the table is empty, confirm the form and environment before concluding that no enquiry was received.

Follow your approved reply process

Follow your organization's approved process to reply to the enquiry. Use CRM → Contacts when you need the associated contact's details or activity.

You have read the saved enquiry records in the selected environment without changing the form or sending another message.

Email delivery is a separate check

A record in Submissions does not prove that a notification or autoresponder email reached its recipient. If an expected email is missing, tell your agency the form, submission ID, time, and which email was expected. Send personal information only through your agreed private channel.

The selection checkboxes can expose resend and delete actions. Resending can email your team or the submitter again. Do not use it as an initial troubleshooting step. Ask your agency to investigate delivery and authorize any resend first.

Do not change fields or email configuration to investigate a missing enquiry. Avoid selecting rows unless you intend an authorized action. Do not delete submissions casually. Submissions, evidence uploads, and contact details must never appear in public documentation screenshots. Preview form submissions can also send real email.
