Preview changes and request publication
Review saved content and hand approved Development changes to your agency.
You need
A saved update, the correct site and confirmed environment, and your agency's publication contact.
Steps
Save the update
Finish saving in the editing tool and wait for its success message.
Open Site Preview
Open Site Preview from the site-editor navigation.
Select the page
Select the page's name in the page buttons across the top. Use the left and right page arrows to reach other pages.
Refresh the preview
Select Refresh preview to reload saved content.
Check each viewport
Select Desktop, Tablet and Mobile using the viewport icons. Tablet uses a 768-pixel preview width. Mobile uses 375 pixels. The preview fits within the available space.
Review the page
Scroll through the page. Check spelling, image cropping, readable headings, button text and relevant links. If the change is shared, inspect other affected pages too.
Check internal detail links
For a blog or WebApp detail, follow the relevant internal link from its listing in preview where available. A Draft blog is not expected to appear in the public listing.
Send the publication request
Send your agency the publication request below if the change was saved in Development.
Your saved page is displayed in the selected environment, and your agency has enough information to review publication separately.

What preview does and does not prove
Preview displays content from the environment you are signed into. It does not prove a Development change has reached Live. AI approval also needs the separate handoff. Your agency can confirm publication. Then check the customer-facing address they supply.
Preview forms can make real submissions and send real emails. Do not submit them as a casual test. External links can open another website. Width controls are useful layout checks, not a complete test on every physical device. If you saved directly in Live, tell your agency about the change rather than assuming it is waiting in a draft queue.
