Choose a site and find your way around
Work on the correct website and distinguish the portal from the content editor.
You need
Access to at least one site. Your visible navigation depends on your role, permissions and site setup.
Choose a website
Go to the portal
From the site editor, select the Isadore logo, whose action is Go to Portal.
Open the sites list
In the portal, select Sites. The main list is headed Websites.
Confirm the website
Use Filter sites... and confirm the site name and web address.
Open the CMS
Choose Open CMS on the correct row. Selecting the site's name or Settings opens site information instead.
Check the selected site
Check the site name in the selector at the top of the editor. To switch sites later, save your work first and choose another name from that selector. Switching takes you to Dashboard.
Expected result: The editor's content lists relate to the selected website.
Know the two navigation areas
The portal is for your account and the businesses and sites you can access. Account Security protects your own sign-in. Visibility of a portal link does not mean you can change agency-managed setup.
The site editor contains routine content tools:
| Navigation | Use |
|---|---|
| Site Preview | Review the selected site's rendered pages |
| AI Website Editor | Request and review changes on agency-confirmed Development |
| CMS → Pages | Existing page content |
| CMS → File Manager | Website images and files |
| CMS → Menu Builder | Existing navigation menus |
| CMS → Forms | Existing forms and their submissions |
| Modules → Blogs | Blog posts, where used |
| WebApps → your collection name | Existing structured items, such as services or locations |
| CRM → Contacts | Contacts for the selected site |
Use Expand sidebar if only icons appear. On small screens, the menu icon opens navigation; Close menu closes it.
Owners versus members
Client owners can manage users within their own business and may have Team for accessible sites. Members do not have those owner privileges. Ask your agency to confirm the approved team-management process; this guide does not instruct you to change access or roles.
Cautions: A site name does not identify Development versus Live. Keep the agency-confirmed editing link. Do not use advanced site settings, collection builders or agency tools to fix a missing content menu.
