Make one small, approved text change and check it before requesting publication.
You need
You need site access, the Development editing link confirmed by your agency, and an existing page your agency has confirmed is safe for visual text editing. Use a desktop browser for this first session.
Steps
Sign in to your assigned account
Sign in using the account your agency assigned. If you have no sites, ask your agency to check your access. Creating another account will not assign a site.
Open the portal and CMS
Open the portal by selecting the Isadore logo in the site editor. Select Sites, find your website, and choose Open CMS. Check the site name in the selector at the top.
Find your page
Expand CMS and select Pages. Use Search by page name or URL... to find your agreed page. Select its name.
Open the Visual Editor
Leave Slug, Template, Enable this page, and other page settings unchanged. Open Visual Editor.
Make a small text change
Wait for the page to load. If a warning says that visual saving is disabled, stop and contact your agency. Otherwise, double-click the agreed text and make a small change, such as correcting a spelling mistake.
Save the change
Select Save in the visual editor and wait for the Saved message. Saving visual content is separate from saving changes to page details with Save Page.
Preview the result
Open Site Preview, select the page's name, then use Refresh preview. Check Desktop and Mobile. Read the whole changed section and check that nearby images and links still make sense.
Report to your agency
Send your agency the site name, page address, exact change, and confirmation that the desktop and mobile previews look correct. Use the handoff in Preview and request publication.
Expected result: Your correction is saved in Development, checked in preview, and ready for agency review. It is not yet a Live publication.
Cautions: If your agency only provides Live access, do not use this as a practice exercise. Agree on a safe update with them first. Do not experiment with deleting sections, changing URLs, or submitting forms in preview. If the visible text comes from a blog, WebApp, or shared component, edit the original content instead.
