Open the account that has access to your website.
You need
- The secure sign-in link supplied by your agency
- The email address assigned by your agency
- An existing password or connected sign-in method
An invitation may first ask you to set a password.
Steps
Open the sign-in link
Open the sign-in link supplied by your agency. Use the same account identity they assigned to your business or site.
Sign in with your email
For email access, enter Email address and Password, then select Sign in with Email.
Choose another sign-in method
Alternatively, use Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook if displayed and already connected to your account. Sign in with a passkey is available only if you previously registered a passkey for the appropriate secure address.
Complete the additional check
If One more check appears, enter your Authenticator or recovery code, then select Verify and continue. Use your own authenticator or a privately stored, unused recovery code.
Confirm the selected site
Check which site is selected after sign-in. If you cannot see your site, follow Troubleshooting rather than registering again.
Your account opens the site editor, or an access or holding screen if no site has been assigned yet.
Forgotten password
Open password recovery
Select Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
Request a reset link
Enter your account's email address and select Send Reset Link.
Complete the password reset
Follow the reset email privately, then return to sign in. The confirmation does not prove an account exists or that the email was delivered. Check your spam folder and contact your agency if needed.
A password reset does not remove two-factor protection.
Optional account protection
Open Account Security in the portal or site-editor navigation to review optional passkeys and authenticator protection. Save recovery codes privately before relying on two-factor access.
If all your factors are lost, contact your agency. Do not share passwords, recovery codes, or setup QR codes.
Use Sign out when finished on a shared device. It is the logout icon beside your account name.
Cautions: Sign up creates an account, not permission to manage a site. If secure sign-in cannot be verified, use Refresh and tell your agency the error. Never enter credentials into an unfamiliar address.
